Spiritual Reflections

on YOUR time

Taking time for mindfulness and spiritual growth can be hard in our hectic, modern world.
By offering seasonal reflections we are giving you the tools to connect, though scripture and the topic at hand, to a deeper spiritual walk with our Lord and Savior.

Our latest reflection series is outlined below, or scroll down farther for previous reflections you can engage anytime, on your time.

"A Breadbasket Way of Life"

Weekly Reflections

Have you ever noticed how often bread shows up in the Bible? People make, bake, eat, and share bread constantly! Bread is more than just physical food, though. Bread feeds our souls, promises justice, shows us Jesus, and creates community.  As we Build a Bigger Table this fall at FLC, consider your call to "A Breadbasket Way of Life" in this seven-week online study. Each week’s reflection includes an introduction to the week’s theme, scripture, spiritual practice invitations, and a prayer.
