Our process for membership

There are three steps you will need to take to become a member. 

  1. Attend a First Steps group (below) 
  2. Meet with a Pastor or Staff
  3. Apply for membership or transfer your membership from another church

The steps are to help you get to know First Lutheran and for us to get to know you. The second step is a time for you to let us know what your needs are and how you would like to grow and be connected.  If you have any questions please reach out to Ministry Engagement Coordinator, Maddy Newhouse.

Take your First Steps into First Lutheran! 


Come discover what First Lutheran is about, and how we can grow together in community.  You'll meet pastors and staff, First Friends (members of our Welcome Ministry), and others looking forward to connecting in community.  This is the perfect opportunity to learn a little about us, and help us learn more about you!  


You can meet up with us at either 10 a.m. Sundays, or 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 12-26.
