Spiritual Formation

Deepening Our Faith and Connection to God

We are blessed with leadership that has the vision and insight to have an on-staff director of spiritual formation to plan and lead opportunities for the congregation and community.
Deborah Hansen helps us engage in a variety of spiritual practices and disciplines to help deepen our faith and connect us to God and to one another.

Winter Book Study

“The beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, the Son of God”

is Mark’s introduction to his gospel, and from there the book takes off! We follow Jesus-on-the-move as he teaches, heals, encourages, and proclaims just what that good news is: The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near; repent, and believe the good news!

Our Winter Book Study will follow Jesus through Mark’s Gospel. We will seek to understand what Jesus means when he says that time is fulfilled. Ask what it means that the kingdom has come near. And come to see how repentance is all about turning around and following him.

There is no cost for the study. Bring a Bible or use one provided.
