Fall Book StudY:
Called on the Way: The Daily
Practice of Discipleship
Our fall book study looks at different ways we live out our callings as Jesus’ disciples, using the book, Called on the Way: The Daily Practice of Discipleship. We will ask ourselves, “What does it mean to be a worshiper, witness, neighbor, forgiver, prophet, and steward for those called to follow Jesus?”
Additionally, we will weave in the theme of making and being bread for our world to reflect FLC’s emphasis on Holy Communion this fall. The cost of the book is $18. Register below or contact Deborah Hansen at 319-365-1494 or deborahh@firstlutherancr.org for more information.
