Grief Circle

Finding Hope & Healing Your Heart

Grief is painful and isolating.  A Grief Circle is a safe, confidential, and supportive community where you can share your pain with others who are also grieving.  Spiritual directors, Sheila
Anderson and Deborah Hansen, invite you to be part of First Lutheran’s Grief Circle.  Through reading, private journaling, and conversation, we will explore nine “essential touchstones” that will guide us into finding hope and healing as we journey with our grief.

Anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome to attend.  Feel free to share this opportunity with family and friends.  There is a charge of $10 per person to help cover the cost of materials.
